Fall Athletes Excel in the Classroom

Both Cross Country Teams Qualify for State

Both the Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams performed very well at the D-II Regional meet in Tiffin and qualified for the State Cross Country meet in Columbus.  In the boys race, Wauseon was the Regional Champion with 63 points outdistancing Shelby (81) and Van Wert (102) at the top of the standings.  Braden Vernot

All-NWOAL Girls Cross Country

4 members of the girls cross country team earned All-NWOAL awards for the 2020 season at the league meet at Delta.  Highlighting the list are Serena Mathews ’22 and Grace Rhoades ’23, as they earned 1st team honors!  Earning 2nd team honors were Maggie Duden ’22 and Tasha Miller ’21.  The team finished as the NWOAL Runner-up behind a strong Liberty Center team.  Congratulations!

COVID related quarantine impacts fall sports
