Two Athletes Commit to Pursue College Athletic Careers

Wauseon High School had 2 Senior athletes commit to continuing their athletic careers at the next level and recently signed their National Letter of Intent.  These athletes are: Lexi Sauber – Bowling Green State University (NCAA D-I) – Volleyball Alisa Shelt – Wheeling Jesuit University (NCAA D-II) – Softball   Congratulations!!

OHSAA Softball Tournament – District Information

The softball team will travel to Genoa to face the Clyde Fliers in the Distrcit Semifinals of the OHSAA D-II Softball Tournament.  The game will take place on Wednesday, May 16 and is scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm (following the Oak Harbor/Port Clinton game). Admission is $6 for adults and $4 for students. BRACKET

Softball wins the NWOAL Championship

The softball team defeated Bryan 2-1 in extra innings to claim the outright NWOAL Championship.  The win pushes the team’s record to 9-1 on the season and 6-0 in the NWOAL with one league game remaining (April 30 @ Archbold).
