All-District Girls Soccer Selections

Wauseon’s girls soccer team had a handful of players earn D-II All-District Honors from the Northwest Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association.  The list of athletes includes:   2nd Team Daisy Giguere Honorable Mention   Anna Koenig Mya Suarez Kadence Carroll Congratulations!!

Two Athletes Commit to Pursue College Athletic Careers

Wauseon High School had 2 Senior athletes commit to continuing their athletic careers at the next level and recently signed their National Letter of Intent.  These athletes are: Lexi Sauber – Bowling Green State University (NCAA D-I) – Volleyball Alisa Shelt – Wheeling Jesuit University (NCAA D-II) – Softball   Congratulations!!

Lexi Sauber named 2nd Team All-State

Wauseon’s Lexi Sauber was named to the Division II All-State Team this week as selected by the Ohio High School Volleyball Coaches Association.  Lexi earned 2nd Team honors. Congratulations!!  

OHSAA Foundation Basketball Game – Friday, November 16

On Friday, November 16, Wauseon High School and Fayette High School will take part in an OHSAA Foundation Game basketball scrimmage.  This year’s scrimmage will be held at Wauseon High School.  This event will see the Varsity Girls teams playing at 6:00 pm followed by the Varsity Boys teams. Admission is $5 for adults, and
